Yes.How ever ,Registration of Gift deed /instrument is not mandatory as per Registration Act of 1908.However it is advisable to make the same, registered, to avoid legal hindrances that may cropup in future...u can inbox me for Drafting of the same, for Nominal fee ,if u intend to do so...
