25 July 2011 E- filing successfully completed for the AY 09-10 for getting refund of 1.98 crores.
143(1) received from teh local assessing officer for refund of 90 lakha + interest there on .
Petition filed u/s 154 to AO for getting balance amount.
AO states processing of returns is done by CPC , hence rectification is not in his jurisdiction .
Kindly suggest next course of action.
