Get the password for e-filing portal

one of my clients does not activate his e-filing links while the register for e-filing,now he has to file the returns for AY 2013-14 but if send the mail for validation his registered address of Pan card is mismatched, he says, he does not remember the address which he is given to pan, how to get the login password for e-filing of return in this scenario.

employee works under contract in the company,tds is deducted u/s 194J and his salary does not deduct HRA, PF, LTA and Professional tax. how much expenses can we book while IT return filing in ITR4? what all the conditions to be fulfilled to book the expenses?
