Dear Sir,
I am a registered dealer under work contract.but now I AM supply vehicle to tea garden for carry goods. In this case shall I take a fresh registration for that? Or I can use same gst number?

GST registration is PAN based. You can do multiple business under same GSTIN. The category of supplies need to be updated in the GST registration certificate. No need to obtain fresh registration for different line of business.
The fresh registration for different line of business can be obtained on voluntary basis.
