Hi,
My Company Authorised Capital is 25 lacs want to increase 750 lacs by way of issue of bonus shares then how much amount transferred to General Reserve?

The amount equal to the issue of shares. The bonus shares can issued out of securities premium also. But the amount required is to be equal to the face value of shares.
