Dear Sir,
I want to know through your panel whether the attestation from Notary on stamp paper is required for General Power of Attorney in undermentioned case
Power delegate to our layer in Noida (U.P)w.r.t collection of all types of forms (i.e. C form, inward outward challan form etc.) by our Signing authority in Delhi Office

fo rcollection of such formas only...notarisation is not required...however it has to be on Stamp Paper on Rs.10/-
