Can an Articled Assistant become a Director of a Company? Please clarify as early as possible. Thanks in advance

Yes, He can be. But he has to do full time training under CA.

The fact that he is a director will not have any impact on the training. Nor will the fact that he is a trainee debar him from becoming a director.
