A Pvt Ltd co has purchased midc industrial plot 5 years ago now they intend to sell it can they take indexation benefits while calculating capital gains on long term gains kindly reply.

Yes, indexation benefit is available for industrial plot of land for computing capital gain as no depreciation is claimed on such land.
