Whether loss in future and options is speculative business loss or non- speculative business loss in case when profit/gains is treated as business income

IT IS SPECULATION BUSINESS.& accordingly loss is speculation loss.

Profit or Loss from Derivatives trading in securities is not speclative in view of provio (d) to sub section 5 of Section 43 of the iT Act.
