Furnishing of form 26qb

The property purchase against the NPA of Bank Loan, payment is done in Dec'2018. But Form 26QB is still to be furnished due to agreement is not registered yet.. Kindly suggest the how to fill Form 26QB in absence of agreement date??

If you have made payment and Deduct TCS then Take Payment date as agreement date
