01 October 2011 I want to know that if I received the billed quantity short 500 kgs from my supplier out of 5000 kgs. In this case I have availed full cenvat credit. And now I want to raise a differential invoice to my supplier in the end of the month.
Is there any section/provision in excise act related to that??

01 October 2011 you had to make a reverse entry immediate after credit entry, for short receipt of goods.
you are not eligible to avail credit on goods which are not actually received.
