What are the exception of FBT on Advertisement Expense? A hording publishing on Road is liable for FBT ?

Specified Expenditure on Advertisement which shall not be regarded as expenditure on sales promotion incl. publicity are:
1. exp. on advt. of any form in any print or electronic media or transport system.3
2. exp. on the holding of or the participation in, any press conference or business convention
3. exp. on any sponcership of any sport event or event organised by govt.
4. exp. on the publication in any print or electronic media of any notice required to be publoisehed under any law or by an order of a court
5. exp. on advt. by way of signs, art work, painting, banners, awning, direct mail, hoarding, bill roads, from A.Y. 2008-09 & onwards
