If this reimbursement is taxable in hands of employee then NO FBT and if not taxable in hands of employees then nature of head to be clarified.

29 August 2008 but as per the income tax rules Medical allowances upto Rs15000 is taxable in the hands of employer.
And amount above 15000 in the hands of Employee.
then in this situation, if i can find out the amount paid to each employee to Rs.15000 then i will bear FBT on the same and on surplus employee will have to bear and accrodingly i hv to mention the same in their FORM 16 right.
