FOR THE PURPOSE OF FBT WHETHER WE SHOULD CONSIDER THE "INSURANCE PREMIUM OF CAR" ACTUALLY PAID OR WE SHOULD EXCLUDE THE PREPAID PORTION AND PAY FBT ON PREMIUM RELATING TO CURRENT YEAR?
