Hi Mohit,
Broadband connection charges for internet are subject to payment of FBT. But Leased Broadband line are outside the purview of FBT. If they are not leased, then expenses incurred on their connection shall be traeted as fringe benefit. Generally all organization maintain broadband instead of leased line.
The leased lines are normally used by the BPO/Call center.
