sir in many case i have seen that the exporter recovers lesser freight from buyer than it actually pays to the CHA. whether it is a correct practice in view that it directly effect the FOB value as FOB is increased & thus extra export incentives are received. whether FEMA permits such contracts to recover lesser payment on account of freight??
