26 May 2012 I am prepared Invoice for example: (QTY+Rate=Amount)+Excise duty +Freight+Vat/Cst=TotalAmount).

above Inv format is correct/Wrong as per VAT/CST ACT

28 May 2012 As per MVAT Act,2002 Freight Charges should be included for calculation of VAT and as per CST ACT for CST calculation Freight charges should not be included.
