Freight Certificate

Please tell me who is the right authority to issue a freight certificate, which is to be used for freight value in BRC. Will the freight certificate show freight paid in USD or INR. What constitutes base freight.will THC be included.

ACTUALLY WHEN WE EXPORT THE GOODS THROUTH THE SHIP, THE SHIPPING COMPANIES MENTIONED THE FREIGHT VALUE IN THE BILL OF LADING .
SHIPPING LINES AND (IN CASE OF AIRWAY BILL) IATA APPROVED AIRLINES IS AUTHORISED AND AMEND FOR THIS.
NORMALLY WE OUGHT MENTIONED THE FREIGHT VALUE AS PER MENTIONED IN THE EP COPY OF SHIPPING BILL. EITHER INR OR OTHER CURRENCY.
WE MUST MENTIONED THIS VALUE IN BRC, COLUMN NO. 10, OF BANK CERTIFICATE OF EXPORT AND REALISATION (BRC)
AND THEN WE TAKE ENTITLE FOR INCENTIVE AS PER COLUMN NO. 14 OF BRC.
