Fourth Qtr 24Q return Rejected by Traces

09 May 2025 I have filed First Qtr Return of 24 Q, 26 Q and 27EQ then I have file non filing declaration for Two Qtr for 24 Q and 27EQ due to no deduction now I have filed Last Qtr Return of 24Q but message showing on Income tax site portal - "Rejected by Traces" - I have filed All Qtr Return for 26 Q and all accepted by Traces.

Mismatch in PAN and TAN Details
The PAN of deductees or TAN of deductor might have errors or mismatches with the database.

Non-filing or Incorrect Filing of Previous Quarters
Since you filed non-filing declarations for two quarters, verify if those declarations were properly accepted.

Duplicate or Missing Entries
Duplicate deductee details or missing mandatory fields in the return.

TAN Status or Registration Issues
TAN might be inactive or wrongly entered.
