13 February 2009 What are the forms to be e-filed with ROC for intimation change of auditor arising on a casual vacancy after passing in Extra-ordinary general meeting?

14 February 2009 As such there is no form which the company needs to file for the appointment of Auditors.

Company has to just inform the Auditor's that they have been appointed and in turn the Auditor has to file Form 23B with MCA.

Practically, the Company is filing Form 23B on behalf of Auditors in many companies, but so far as Act is concern, there is no need for the Company to file any form with MCA for the appointment of Auditors.
