please tell me where i can get what are the differents forms that a company need to submit to ROC and what is the contents/purpose of each form

22 November 2009 Visit the government portal for e-filing: www.mca.gov.in

Further click on MCA21 link on the right side of the portal. This brings you to the page meant for on-line filing and other facilities.

There is a link called e-forms. Click and get all the forms you require with guidance notes for filing the forms.
