Currently i have a proprietary firm and would like to create a private limited firm.

09 July 2012 minimum Requirements:
.2 director
. minimum share capital shall be 1 lac
. DIN for all director
. DSC of one director

Steps:
1. DSC - documents required add proof and id proof (2 day required)
2. Apply for din and get provissional DIN
3. Pre Name Application search - promoters have to provide atleast 6 name in the order of priority. to make an online search of availability of names as desired by promoters
4.Application for Name Availability - to draft the main object Clause to be pursued by the company after incorporation
5. Representations before RoC on behalf of Promoters - Changes made in the name application , if any suggested by The RoC
6. Document Required -
Printing of Altersd Memorandum and Articles of Association
Other Forms - form 32
form 18
Form 1
Letter Of Authority/POA
-drafting the MOAand AOA and after getting it vetted by Promoters, sending it for printing . Processsing of E forms Stampng of documents namely: MOA, AOA,Letter of Authority, Form 1

7)Finak process: Filling all the above ocuments with the ROC follow up the ROC making changes to MOA/AOA other incorporation documents as suggested by ROC
online uploading of e forms
Payemnt of Registationfees
collecting the certificates of incorporation
