How to form Trust ?Please explain the procedures and how to avail exemption for donation given by donors in such trust.

A Trust can be formed primarily by one or more persons by a settlor(s) by a Trust deed or Will.
To get exemption of donation the trust has to satisfy the conditions of section 11 and 12 of the Income tax Act 1961.
