Formation of new private company

27 November 2013 Sir,

I have filed Form 1, Form 18 and 32 filed on 20-11-2013 for formation of private company but that was rejected by mca by giving reason that attach copy of utility bill and NOC from the owner of the property. I want to know that in case property is taken on lease that whether NOC shall be necessary to take from owner of the property and what is utility bill. My second question is what should be written on AOA and MOA because there was another reason for rejection was that companies act 1956 and 2013 to the extent applicable should be printed in MOA and AOA. PLease provide suitable answers as soon as possible...its urgent

27 November 2013 make rent agreement in favor of proposed company and attach rent agreement along with electricity bill

as far as moa & aoa is concern, make as per new company act 2013
