20 March 2012 Dear Sir,

I had made a FD in joint Account.I want to know wether I am free to show the proportion of interest and Investment in the respective personal account the way I want to.

Further in whose Personal file should I be claiming the TDS refund.

It would be great if you could make me aware of any relevant provision in the IT act.

20 March 2012 I want to that a Pvt. Ltd. company which is currently registered with delhi roc wants to set up a branch office in other states which will operate in same business as they are doing in delhi.

Now the question is that do the company need to intimate to roc?

if yes then is there any form or any other manner by which they have to intimate.

20 March 2012 The Company need not require to intimate to ROC.

Don't you think that if branch is falling within the 'jurisdiction of another ROC', than that of Head Office, then company has to inform the respective ROC of branch office?

20 March 2012 No.

If the Registered Office of the company is shifted form the jurisdiction of One ROC to the Jurisdiction of another ROC, then you have to intimate ROC by filing form 18.

If just a branch office is set up, no intimation is required to be given to ROC as per the Companies Act.
