If a new Pvt. Ltd. Company is to be formed for manufacturing purpose,will it be necessary to fill the category and sub-category columns in form 1A?If so, how it is to be filled up?

Clause 3(c)and (d) of e-form 1A is mandatory. Options are available therein to choose.

If in category column ,it is wrtitten "Part IX Company" and in sub-category column, it is written "Addition of Pvt. Ltd." to name, will it be proper on the above query raised by me.

If it is a pvt. ltd. co. whether in column 3(a). it should be written as New Company(Others) or Part IX Company?
