08 September 2012 If a new Pvt. Ltd. Company is to be formed for manufacturing purpose,will it be necessary to fill the category and sub-category columns in form 1A?If so, how it is to be filled up?

If in category column ,it is wrtitten "Part IX Company" and in sub-category column, it is written "Addition of Pvt. Ltd." to name, will it be proper on the above query raised by me.

Thanks for your prompt comment.I also think, it should be the same as suggested by you.But I am unable to understand the meaning of New Company(Others).Why the word "others" have been shown within the bracket?
