main ek new company ka registration karana chahata hoon . iske liye mujhe kon se form fill karane honge . mere pass dsc hai .aur aage mujhe iska return kis tarah se fill karana hoga. meri company mein 4 dierector hai .registration kitne din mein ho jata hai .kya iske liye mujhe registrar of companies se milana hoga .mujhe apani company ka trade mark and copy right mein registration karana hai. kya yah registration online hota hai .

04 January 2012 Step-1: Apply for DIN(Director identification Number) and Digital Signature Certificate.
Seep-2: After getting above 2 document you apply for registration through FORM.1A in RoC.You can give maximum six name option.
Step-3:Reply will come in 7days.
Step-4:Drafting AoA & MoA.
Step-5:Aoa & MoA sent to concern authority for approval.
Note-:Regional office of the Registrar of Companies where the registered office is to be located.
After registration apply for Company PAN No.
