You should form a company for establish bossiness there are several benefit which you not gain in partnership form.
1. corporate Identity : in case partnership business every one know you personally but in case company your identity by name of company.
2. you can grow your business without any territorial limit.
3. company required some formalities more then partnership firm but has more indirect benefits.
