Recently i hvae incorporated a private company. please send a formate of board minute book. My E-mail ID is cakaish@gmail.com

There is nothing like format as prescribed by Companies Act. You have to give heading (company name, and #th board meeting), then date, place and time
Then give name of director present, absent (with / without leave of absence) and then start writing resolutions as carried and lastly signature
