Dear All,

I am here with requesting that is there any specific formater of register for the loans and advance which shall be maintained as per companies act.(Just Like Fixed Assets Register). If that register is there please provide me that.

24 December 2009 Yes but required only for public Company as per Sec 372(A). Lilst of field required for register are as under:

Serial No.
The Name of the Body Corporate
Date on which the investment or loan has been made
Date on which the guarantee has been given or security has been provided in connection with the loan
The amount of investement, loan, security or guarantee
The terms and purpose of the investment, loan, security or guarantee
Date of Board Meeting granting approval
Date and name of the Public Financial Institutions granting prior approval
