24 May 2010 I want to get the format of insider trading policy of an unlisted public company in order to prevent insider trading in and outside the company.

25 May 2010 I am not able to understand as to why an unlisted public company would require an insider trading policy.

However, for whatever reason it is required, the policy would remain the same.

25 May 2010 Thanks Rasesh for your response. I have also the same view, but i wolud like to say that if we will look into the PartB of shedule 1 of the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, it specifies model code to be laid down by the entities other than the listed entities.
