Dear Sir
We are an IT company having an employee strength of 10, and paying Rs.7000pm as salary .Recently one of them asked for a pay slip for some vehicle loan purpose.Can anyone send me a copy of the same by which we can avoid tax.

Pay slip is nothing but a statement listing the salary of employee under various categories (Basic, DA,HRA, Conveyance etc.,)and deductions made therefrom (towards ESIC, PF, TDS etc.,)and the net payment for any month.

Thanks for your instant reply...but i am in need of a statement showing the same..is ther any specific percentages applicable for each heads
