Please guide the procedures adopted by a Company post receipt of share application money and also the format of Board Resolution for allotment of shares.

RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Articles of Association of the Company, consent of the Board be and is hereby accorded for the allotment of [Number] equity shares of Rs. [Amount] each fully paid-up to the following applicants who have paid the requisite application money:
