MY FIRST QUERY IS CAN WE APPLY ONLINE TO CIT. MY SECOND QUERY PLEASE PROVIDE APPLICATION FORM FOR APPLING THE CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 17(2).

Section 17(2) of the Income Tax Act in India pertains to the computation of an employee's income. It deals with the inclusion of certain perquisites or benefits provided to employees by their employers in their taxable income.Along with salary, the other advantages that an employee receives are perquisites.
There is no need of any application to CIT. Why you need to apply to CIT for any benefit u/s. 17(2) of IT act?

I want to register under section 17(2) as I am having a hospital and I want to increase my clients and for this whenever I go to any government department for empanelment of its members in my hospital they ask me to get the registration under the said section for which, I am not any idea about such registration. Thus I hereby request you to provide the guidance about such registration and provide me a format if we have to make an application to CIT.
