Format for Indemnity Bond needed-

24 April 2009 Hi,

I have lsot cheque of tax refund for FY 2007-08 sent by IT dept. Now when i requested them to send the cheque again , they told me to give an indemnity bond to get new cheque of tax refund.
But i cud not find Indemnity Bond Template in courts for this purpose.
Can you pls help in getting This template ? i'll be highly obliged.
