Plese let me know the complete formalities briefly, of filing e return of co.s at Income Tax. Pls. also let me know the formalities of ROC (necessary prescribed forms ) and any other procedure for the cos. accounts.

27 October 2015 For every company, whether carrying on business or not, has to file it's return of income under Income tax act before 30 th September of every year.For ROC the forms to be filed are depends on the class of company, activity. But briefly saying, every company must file atleast two such returns annually.1. MGT 7 and 2. AOC-4. This is just a brief information.

29 October 2015 I agree with expert. In addition to this, Form ADT-1 is also required to be filed for appointment/reappointment of Auditor (not in case of ratification)
