05 July 2016 in case deductor does not rectify the tds return and i will fill the itr with correct salary then whether income tax send me notice? because i have fill the correct salary not a salary shown.in form 16.

05 July 2016 Dear Manish, if income siren by you in your return of income is more than shown in form 16 then no issues. if less than tell your company to rectify it.

05 July 2016 sir my form 16 show the salary wrongly more than 14000 .So in itr which amount of salary is fill form16 or correct salary? and company does not rectify the mistake in form 16 then whether i will shown correct salary in itr .and whether income tax send me notice?

05 July 2016 I suggest you to show the income as shown in form 16 since it is an increased paltry amount of Rs 14000. Further if in future you rectify it with you employer then you can rectify your return as well.

05 July 2016 Dear Manish, Check your Form 26AS. The income declared in your 26AS shall be taken into consideration by the IT department. if it shows amount taken by your employer, then the same shall be considered by the IT department

05 July 2016 whether salary shown in bank statement is a adequate proof if income tax send me notice
