09 June 2008 hi......i cleared my cpt in nov2007 and preparing for pcc and also doing b.com (regular)...my problem is that.. my college timings r from AM 9:00 to PM1:00 and after that i go for articleship....but ICAI has introduced this new rule(a.ship timings should be between 11 to 5)..plz suggest what do i do???

23 June 2008 Dear friend,
As per ICAI notice, ICAI will not allow to do so. You must have to get transfer to external bcom. Timings of Morning College will also be 7:30 to 11:30 hence ICAI will again dnt allow you to do so as your articleship must be started before 11:00.
