verify above notification,..and

as per my knowledge ICAI will accept only during articles,

however u made a default and breach of ca regulations

as per above given notification

institute may impose some penalty or ban on ur enrollement as a member for some period as it thinks

better u consult some regional councel of icai branch and take a nice decesion
