I have one query regarding S.T-3 form effect if party charge Rs.100000 for Security Charges & in that bill he charge S.T (3.09%) Rs.3090/- Total B.Amt Rs.103090 We pay Rs.9270 S.Tax (9.27%) to S.T Dept can i take both amount ie 3090 & 9270 as rebate what is the effect in ST3 I am working with Charitable Trust & also give example of Filed ST 3
