friends i am recently qualified chartered accountant . want to apply for membership number and certificate of practice both. which form numbers are required to fill for.

if you want to practice in trade name.......e.g. xxx and Co Or xxx and associates, you need to take prior approval.(Form 117)
If you want to do practice in your individual name, form 117 is NOT required to be sent.
