Query

Can someone please confirm whether the ‘Field 7. of Sl. No. III. Financial Parameters – BS’ in Form No.AOC-4 includes the ‘Shares held by Foreign National’ i.e. Promoters’ Holding?

21 December 2015 You need to fill up the 7th field only when the shares are held by foreign holding.
i.e. if A Ltd is foreign company which is holding 51% or more in Indian company, then only you need to fill up this field.
