28 May 2017 dear sir may cilents has cash income of Rs 300000 received from debtors it will treated as turnover whether it has to be filed form no 61A at what due date for ay 17-18 and and fill up cash balance 300000 in itr 4s.

28 May 2017 Form 61 A is to be filed in respect of those assessees whose books of accounts are covered under Sec 44 AB. The mere cash receipt of above Rs.2,00,000/- does not require filing Form 61A. Aggregation rules do not apply to sale of goods or services. If a single transaction involved in supply of goods or service exceeds with cash receipt of Rs.2,00,000/- then reporting is required for assessees who are covered under section 44 AB- ie tax audit.
