Kindly advise whether Form MR-1 is required to be filed for appointment of CS where Whole time KMP is not mandatory (We are Pvt Ltd co having paid up share capital more than Rs.5 Crores)

Yes, it is required to appoint a CS since the paid up capital exceeds Rs. 5 crores and file MR-1 for appointment of CS
