To enable all Stakeholders to have the online access to the information about the major decisioins of the Shareholders, Directors and disclosure of Directors about their concen or interest in other entities

PURPOSE OF FILING FORM INC -28 - Filing of Notice of order of the Court or Tribunal or
any other competent authority with ROC.
