Form mbp-1 for company under incorporation

27 January 2015 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

Query

Please clarify whether Form MBP-1 is required to be prepared and attached along with Incorporation Documents in Form No.INC-7 or Form No.DIR-12.

27 January 2015 No.MBP-1 is NOT required to be filed at the time of incorporation.MBP-1 is the form for disclosing the interests held by a director in other companies or entities which board is to be given to the Company in which he becomes a Director at the First Meeting.
But when the Company is being incorporated,every director has to give information regarding the other companies in which he is a director and the percentage of his shareholding in other companies. It is different from MBP-1. MBP-1 is the information given to Company- not to ROC
