Experts, Is it mandatory to attach Form MBP 1 in MGT 14?

MBP-1 is the disclosure of interest made by the Director to the Company.There is no specific rule under the Companies Act,2013 to attach MBP-1 to MGT-14, it is advisable to attach it alongwith the copy of the Board Resolution as practically some ROC offices asked to resubmit MGT-14 which is filed without MBP-1. So till such time when specific guidelines are issued , it is better to attach MBP-1.
