i have a query related to resubmission of Form Inc 1. I am forming an OPC under which i applied for name approval by filing Form INC1 but later i got a mail stating some errors related to the name of the company, So i tried to modify my form, but the same is not happening. I tried to find the reason and I came to know that a new version of the Form has came and older version is not acceptable. Now i am not able to modify or delete the previous form. Kindly help me out with this.

11 June 2014 Ya that i know. When i did that, the old version filled form PDF is coming. I have made the required changes but its not getting Submit and when i pre scrutnize it then they are saying the version is old!!

11 June 2014 go to re-submit option and fill
your form will be submitted regardless of pre-security error.

11 June 2014 I have done that several times but its not happening. Anyway thanks, I ll try to find some alternative.

11 June 2014 download the new form, fill the form and go as per my suggestion. your form will be submitted.

I suppose you are trying to submit old form after correction.
