Dear Experts & friends,I have filed Form 1A for name approval.
ROC has directed to resubmit because
NAME NOT ACCORDING TO OBJECT.
Can I resubmit the same form 1A with
change in point 11 as ticking the option name not in consonance with the main object.
Pl give ur views

A new form 1A suggesting new names in accordance with the objects of the proposed company is to be submitted. no fee shall be demanded for resubmission as SRN no. will remain the same as for original form.
