Form ADT-1 filing issue

10 September 2016 Casual Vacancy of Auditor in a company and auditor did not file any ADT-3 and surenderd his CP. Now the company appointed new auditor but could not file ADT-1 due to non-availability of SRN. Expert please suggest what to do and how to file ADT -1.

12 September 2016 Ideally, the form adt-3 should have been filed by Auditor. However, since Auditor has not filed the form, try mentioning 'Z99999999' and try to upload the form. If it shows an error while uploading, you can raise a ticket on MCA about what to do.
